Jody combines a deep commitment to healthcare with a love for adventure and community. She earned her AAS in Medical Assisting and has worked in Internal Medicine for the past nine years, building meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Jody is most at home on a hiking trail. An enthusiastic backpacker, she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2024 and recently completed the Wonderland Trail with her husband. She is always willing to drive hours for a great trailhead and happily car camps to catch an early start in the mountains.

Jody is also an avid fantasy reader, dedicated Kansas City Chiefs fan, football enthusiast, and proud mother of three adult children. In quieter moments, she enjoys knitting chunky blankets and embracing Alaska’s long winters with a good book and cozy yarn nearby.
